Engineering principles
- Discovery is not execution. A catalog entry is not a runnable model.
- Approvals bind to the exact action, and approval state comes from the server's record, never from the client asking to act.
- Every unit of AI work should leave a receipt.
- Long jobs must survive restarts.
- The boundary between local and cloud work is explicit.
- "Done" is a check, not a feeling.
